      Pros

      Everyone (in my experience) at Victor values team work. You're never in it alone, there is always someone to turn to for words of encouragement and guidance. I also love the autonomy that I am able to have in my role, as it helps me grow my skills as a professional. I feel fortunate to have an employer who values work-life balance and has done their part to accommodate their employees in the ever-changing world of COVID.

      Cons

      PeopleGuru HCM system has been frustrating to work with, as it often has many problems/inaccuracies. (Luckily, we are getting a new system in 2022!)

      Pros

      I just got my BA in sociology and want to be a social worker. This job has given me the best hands-on experience I can ask for. I love working with the kids and even though they are tough, they are worth it. My co-workers are great people and I've been lucky to have 2 good partners. I like my boss.

      Cons

      long shifts on the weekend kids can be tough and hit you not always a lot of places for the kids to go after Victor
