Handon exeperience training is provided

Cons

Compensation and Benefits are not sufficient for the workload. Constant OT is a must. Micromanaging because managers are overwhelmed and lose track of their own team. Not really Hybrid work, some employees used to sleep at the office overnight during busy season.
