Lies from management. Employees are told they are valued but pay is so low. Told we’d have equal to better benefits to pwc, nope. You do 2 jobs now- your normal job and the cutover. But you make less

No "independence" concerns since we are not Public anymore, PwC culture came with us which I view as positive, international company so I can call upon my counterparts in other territories. Everyone who works here is committed to a high performing culture.

Cons

The infrastructure at Vialto is a breach waiting to happen and it's completely chaotic. Our systems are not organized and there are no standards in ANYTHING. Pay REALLY sucks here. Communication from leadership is a farce.

Still a handful of good people left from PwC days

Cons

Led by a team in the US who are totally clueless. Lost focus on providing quality delivery to our clients, winning work and supporting teams have an enjoyable and long career with the firm. Focus is entirely on finances, yet they have screwed up the implementation of the finance system. We all spend our days trying to navigate how to do simple tasks rather than bringing value to clients, the firm and supporting our teams. Such a shame PwC sold us.
