Pros

1- Fully Remote - flexible 2- Travel to offices around the US 3- Company wide bi-yearly trainings, offsite 4- 6% 401(k) match, competitive 5- Student loan repayment assistance 6- DC office is by FAR the best! 7- Big4 experience, even though not Big4.

Cons

1- Benefits are repetitively slim 2- Base salary not competitive 3- Brutal tax season hours
