Virtually no on boarding or training after you join. You will be thrown in at the deep end fast. Senior Management berates staff in front of others on a regular basis. Oppressive culture.

It is been a great experience. The global exposure is real, you collaborate daily with colleagues from different regions / cultures. Flexibility is another BIG plus, hybrid / remote work is truly respected, which makes it easier to balance personal and professional life (with kids it is needed). The culture is ethical, collaborative, and supportive. It feels like a safe and positive environment where you can learn and grow.

Cons

Like any fast-growing firm, the pace can be intense at times, especially during busy seasons.
