      Salaries of C1/C2 are really low No promotion opportunities (during the PwC times it was almost certain that you will get promoted every year) Really bad working atmosphere with some Managers (really high preassure for full utilisation of time with such a low payment) The consulting services are a joke (almost extinct btw), compliance is just an overpriced accounting that every accountant could do for a 1/10 of Vialto fee.
