The teams can be very welcoming. Remote work is certainly a plus and it’s great especially if you are looking for that type of flexibility.

Cons

Career growth lacks. You are loaded with work and expected to perform well but when the year end review comes, it’s a big letdown. Also the raises are pretty low.
