No pros of any kind.

Cons

Work life balance. Too much work transition from overseas team and less and less appraisal and promotional hike very very less. Technology is bad. HR team is useless. Salary sometimes doesn't come on time. No benefits of any kind and if there is any then process to avail the benefit is painful. Vague responses to employees queries in any meeting conducted by onshore team. Etc etc.

Fast Paced and greater opportunities are available to expand the global footprint.

Cons

Team is over worked and under staffed. This is not just our local team, but seems to be the consensus all around from my travels.
