This company has great benefits and lots of opportunities to continue education. They give 8k each year toward schooling and strayer is on site at some centers. Great employee plan if you are on the wireless side and career progression is really big in the centers... Moving up in a company is key and the ability to move quickly is there. I got promoted 3 times before I reached my first year... Customer service to tech apprentice and now I'm a tech expert.... And tech expert is another 5% added to the base pay listed
Cons
Call center environment is always changing. Tons of emails. Always new promotions or new information given. Adherence... Meaning you have to be on the phone when schedules and off when scheduled.... 8 Hours a day you are connected to a headset taking calls. Mentally exhausting
