miscommunication between departments, suggestions for improvement are not heard unless it make the company money. outdated processes. poor worker retention. senior management do not keep their word.

Good luck trying to move to another department . Any position that is open is usually based on Seniority. 1hr personal time / per month Management is on top of you over metrics .
