Pros

Able to work from home. Flexible hours, as long as you deliver results. Good benefits, including tuition assistance.

Cons

Difficult to get promotions - favorable to people who are friends with existing leadership. Lots of reorganization, and with them, layoffs. They not always work or improve anything. Very bureaucratic - even to order some business cards is a pain, which makes you give up. Working hard doesn't seem to pay off - recognition is rare. Too focused on cost savings and less on customer or employee satisfaction. Too much focus on offshoring
