Pros

- Good work life balance, depends on your project. - Good work culture. - Brand name

Cons

- Not an appropriate company for freshers, as there will be very less to learn. Almost all of the projects have been developed fully in past and mostly doing enhancements (Development from scratch is rare). - Very less to learn. If you want to settle down in mid career, this company is best as there will not be much work. - Nominal hikes and everything depends on manager. - No special benefits

Pros

More flexible on office timing... Less pressure ,less work There won't be challenging task... Since it is product based, there will be more work on bug fixing & fewer enhancement work...so we can't say their will be a development work to the people who are saying developer in VDSI... If we think of tester & support team,it's full of joy work except few times...(with useless of test cases & documentations & more of useless idle call presence).. It's all making the people who are joined as freshers into IDLE resource interms of work

Cons

It's well suited for senior management....
