Pros

* Competitive salary * Great benefits * Lots of very talented employees to work with and learn from * Good company communications * Good severance packages for employees laid off in November 2015

Cons

The company has just reorganized and is refocusing its business objectives since the wireless market is saturated. There has just been a large layoff, and the company is pinching pennies. Employee morale is low. This used to be a challenging, dynamic, and stimulating place to work. For my last year, though, I had a lot of downtime, and the work was dull. Our QA organization could not accommodate what our development team was capable of producing.
