The management illegally chose 100% Americans for a layoff, keeping 100% Indian staff in the office inside the USA
This is defined by two words NEPOTISM and RACISM from the management.
When laid off, we contacted the HR, they closed their eyes not to see, closed their ears not to hear and zipped their mouths not to talk... HR cannot step ahead in a corporate?!
Now why the layoff? Because the project didn't work
Why it didn't work?
Because of corruption, choosing the wrong person in the wrong place, giving him the wrong title and responsibility, the project was born dead, no direction, not even a vision.
100 Million $ loss in 2 years is a miracle, if the Project Directors have brain inside their skull.
