Quotas are ridiculous. Literally have to do 50% more work to get the same amount of money we could make in 2016/2017. We pretty much have to lie to hit their outrages metrics, but somehow in an ethical manner? Pressure to sell products that most people don't want. They are moving to "smart setup" to eliminate jobs and cut costs. Everything is honestly terrible if you're in sales. Job security is there, but you are treated like bottom of the barrel trash. Would honestly never recommend this job.

Since Verizon 2.0 has been announced, there is next to no communication from leadership. They've laid off a bunch of people and just expect who's left to pick up the slack. If you're salaried, expect to work 55+ hours a week. There are processes for everything to properly funnel work, but executives just go around it. Morale is at an all-time low and executives don't seem to care. Verizon will continue to lose top talent as more and more people reach their breaking point.
