Pros
Great environment, well organized, nice offices. The company values and organization are great, of course if you're looking from the outside. From the inside it's a different thing.
Cons
Tuition program is a bluff: you have to pay for your entire education and THEN you can start to ask for the reimbursement. This is the main reason I've changed company, and I feel I've wasted my time. The main problem with the Tuition Program is that the salary is not much, and I can't afford to pay for a college fee and wait for them to recognize my expenses. In addition, at least in my position, they've called me day and night, 24-7, without thinking that I'm not a 24-7 employee. My managers don't care about my free time, sleep hours or at least the minimun rest time. It reminded me to some IBM cases...
