Great pay and benefits, but the cult-like, highly sanitized environment isn't for everyone.
Pros
Total Compensation package is excellent, with wonderful short and long term bonus potential. Career opportunities abound as long as you are willing to relocate around the US. In addition, the benefits offered are industry leading. Folks who are entry-level can be compensated well above what they would receive in similar roles at other companies.
Cons
As with many tech or retail companies, the pressure is rather severe. Work/life balance is nonexistent above the customer service or sales rep level. Vacation time is really just working time outside the office. The employees, entry-level and otherwise, tend to be treated as disposable. Corrective action is delivered consistently, but for the most minor infractions for entry level employees. Many employees live in fear of being fired for missteps. In many cases, fear drives achievement, not passion.
