Good pay, but only if you have a good relationship with management Some areas are expanding and have opportunities for growth

Cons

If you are not in one of the growth areas, there is simply no place to go - no defined career path In some areas, performance reviews are a complete joke - very little effort put in to reviewing the actual results achieved and who should be rewarded. This can work out favorably if you have the right relationships, or completely unfairly if you don't.

Good benefits, many managers support healthy work life balance, good salary, recognition for good performance, learn something new every day, seems to be a more directed focus on corporate direction. Has treated me well for a long time.

Cons

No real cons, a typical corporate environment, high demand and expectation for performance, I guess that is not really a con. Concern about lay-off of good employees.

Pros

Great benefits, good training opportunities, and great profit sharing. Management seemed to try to keep a good corporate culture and have employees enjoy working for the company. Generally a belief that a happy employee makes for a happy customer.

Cons

Corporate politics, seems managers always had to be implementing some type of change or improvement all the time to appear effective to their leadership. In the many years I spent here I saw the same failed projects or programs recycled every two years. Alot of times management would present the face of listening to employees, but would disregard suggestions. This is a company that sticks to its yearly game plan regardless of the good or bad outcomes. Lack of promotion opportunities outside of the sales organizations. Unless you are in a HQ market not alot of opportunity to move up the ranks unless you are in sales.
