      Pros

      - Shift work - Good pay, if you negotiated it

      Cons

      - You have to account for your 100% of your time MINUTE BY MINUTE - Shift work gets old fast. Hard/impossible to move to another shift - Mgmt really has no clue ... at all. - Rarely get a chance to work on something new - Indian Ops center coming online, so not sure how long this office will be around
