Guidance is strong, but employee welfare is lacking

Strict working place with a lot of guiding so the employees know where the are at.

Cons

There is no care for employee welfare, Women sanitary products should be provided and when asked for it, the reception lady refused and told me that this is for emergency. I am a woman and I am on period, I am sorry, do they think I am asking around the tampon for fun!
