Pros

You get to decide your location at times.

Cons

Working with Verisure has been disappointing in several ways. There’s a noticeable lack of structure and professionalism — things often start late, communication is poor, and the working environment can feel disorganised. Despite having solid sales experience, contributions are often overlooked or undervalued. There’s also a tendency to dismiss relevant skills, which can be frustrating for those who are genuinely trying to perform well. What’s most concerning is the lack of cultural sensitivity. As someone who wears a religious attire, I’ve received repeated comments about my appearance and questions implying that my religious identity might not be well received by clients. These kinds of remarks create an uncomfortable atmosphere and reflect poorly on the workplace culture. Personal questions are sometimes asked that feel unrelated to the job, and boundaries between professionalism and personal matters are not always respected. Overall, the environment lacks inclusivity and support, especially for those from diverse backgrounds.
