Treated well. Easy work. As long as you work hard they are happy.

Cons

1 Saturday in 2, (you work 6 days that week.) other week you work 10:30 till 8. You will not see family and friend as much because of this. The alarm is pretty poor so you will be yelled at by customers when it doesn't work.

You get work with amazing people that make each day positive and boost your motivation. You get to make a difference, helping secure peoples businesses and homes, and keeping them safe. A business phone, car, uniform and equipment to help with the job. Many bonuses, and overall great commission rates allowing you to earn gooof money.

Cons

You need to invest a lot of time into this job to be successful, not much free time left at that.
