      Avoid as they will use you till they have sucked everything out of you and than will manage you out.

      Pros

      If you enjoy working 12 hour days 5-6 days a week you can make a decent bonus

      Cons

      They will find every way to not pay your bonus if possible i.e going late to one of your 50 appointments due to traffic will be a 50% penalty on your bonus. You have to earn a certain threshold to recieve your bonus which you are conveniently below after the penalty

      Freedom, the people you work around, uplifting, never gets boring as your doing something different all the time

      Cons

      Spend a lot of money on petrol, the warms are quite poor as alot of them only want cctv or a quote
