Good atmosphere and big progress

Pros

I ve been working for the company for almost 1.5 years and I saw a lot of people promoted to Team Leader or branch manager very quick. The company provides you leads and you just need to sale a bit on cold to get huge salaries (£3000) very easy. If you are doing the job well in 2-3 months you will get a company car. The branches are like family and people help each other. I'm very happy at Verisure and think at the minute it's a amazing place to join

Cons

Not too many things to say just as in all the Sales jobs you can get the " annoying " customer that put a bit of stress on your shoulders but as salesman probably you will know how to deal with that.

Pros

Verisure has without doubt the strongest proposition in the marketplace, additionally it has the most attractive commission and bonus structure compared to any other sales organisation. It also offers genuine career prospects and comparatively easy access to company cars and phones..

Cons

Growing pains, just that. Every department have to grow at a pace that matches the increases in our volumes. I do however, acknowledge that this isn't easy.

Fast Growing company, dynamic environment, offering opportunities for people to move positions, ideal setting for people that's don't think jobtitle but content

Cons

Struture and processes arestill settling which makes sense considering growth. Many new people make it sometimes harder to find your way
