Pros

I started the company last April and after the great training I was supported in the field. I hit the ground running and exceeded my first months target. With my sales and attitude I was promoted to team leader. June I was number 2 team leader in the UK and won a ps4 and in July my team worked hard and I was number 1. My reward was 1 weeks all inclusive holiday for me and my wife to the Caribbean. Basically you work hard you go places and have great rewards. You also have great flexibility. You have massive earning potential. Branch management was very supportive and one of the best I've had.

Cons

The biggest down side which can't be helped is the occasional evening or Saturday morning. Then again it can pay you well.

Pros

Work on your own starting at 10 and finishing 8 or 9. Branch manger is probably the only genuine person in the whole company

Cons

Before I get into this do not be fooled by the latest influx of Amazing reviews. Due to the bad and honest reviews the company asked everyone to write a good one to get the star rating up. False commission, you basically get whatever is higher. You have a trigger of £1200, If you do £1199 in commission you lose that and just get paid your £1200 basic. If you did £1201 of commission you lose your £1200 basic and get paid just your £1201 commission. So basically your first £1200 of sales is paid to you as £0. Unrealistic pricing is next. £51 a month for a home and £61.20 for a business. Yes we are offering more of a service but in today's climate with everything on the rise and wages staying the same for most it just isn't affordable. You will probably fine in a week 1 or 2 deals out of speaking to 400. Constantly changing offers and it makes you look and feel stupid and unprofessional. Offer of £299 until the 10th. So you tell everyone this, then on the 11th it's been extended to the 20th, then on the 21st guess what, extended for the month. Team leader look after number 1. No support or guidance. You could be struggling on 0 sales and they will be on 5 and still out selling for themselves. No management experience at all. On average you probably drive around 500 miles a week. And you get a whopping £20 per sale. So after all them miles if you finished the month you'll get paid your £1200 + £40 for fuel. Can you pay all your bills and food and 500 miles a week fuel on £1240. Think about that before you apply.
