Pros

Commission is uncapped. Company branded car. Fuel card. Autonomy.

Cons

Commission queries are a regular monthly task and any discrepancies must be submitted by a set date (there is almost always a discrepancy). Company car is promised after 3 months in interview (quicker based on performance) however it generally is never provided until at least 6 months into the role. Always a reason why they should extend probation (you are prone to immediate dismissal whilst in probation). Long unsociable hours if you want to actually see good money. Chances of progression are slim. Fuel card barely lasts 2 weeks, 3 at a push. Branch managers have a habit of requesting live locations every day. T&C's fluctuate in the company's favour all the time, and they always find a loophole.
