So many cons. I left on the 28 of February, should've get pais the latest on the 27th of March, today the 2 of April still didn't got paid... Staff doesn't have any training. When i left the branch had more team leaders than consultants. None of the team leaders got team leader training, it's just a bunch of kids that live on companie leads and have no clue how to manage people.

Recruitment team lie to your face. Promise you company car, or 110 fuel allowence, don't get none of that. They couldn't even sort me an ID card out after 3 months. Training just teaches you the product nothing else, there's way to many staff So don't expect the warm leads your promised. Oh and if you do get a warm lead they Are mostly offer CCTV which they can't provide only indoor ones that hike up the already ridiculous monthly costs. Or they don't know that it's a monitored system to begin with. Then if you do get a few dodgy warm Leads you get banned from them,. So your out doing cold calling all week . Which isn't what's said in training.
