They change rules all the time, lack of communication, under skilled management with no strong training culture, not very honest They are very good to sell you the job, If you don’t like cold nocking don’t even think to get the job, they are always desperate to get people to work from any where because of the very high turnover, not the best recruitment process Don’t think that it is beneficial to have a company car, If you get car you have to pay £150 p.m plus taxes to HRMC which can be between £2500 to £4000 per year (this they don’t tell you!!) depend of the car you get, better work with your own car, you pay much less Fuel card is very limited, with the amount of miles you do the petrol is not enough, when you finish the petrol you have to use your money which won’t be expensed, if you have an accident be prepared to pay for it, (min. Excess of £600) Not the greatest company to work but not the worst!!
