      Start up company trying to stand next to competitors

      Pros

      We were a small, cohesive team that worked closely to learn new products and policies and develop SOPs for new product disputes.

      Cons

      We had very minimal support from higher ups and essentially created SOPs for new products as they were developed. This was a tremendous amount of effort outside of my specific job description.
