Pros

You get a lot of experience with many different technologies. You also get a view into what tech solutions other companies are using and how they're implementing them. The internal training is amazing when you start and doesn't just cover Varonis specific items. The things you learn will serve you in other areas of tech as well. Big focus on employee retention by making sure you have room to grow.

Cons

The training starts to get a bit sparce as you grow in competence. As the companies moves to a SAAS solution there's some concern regarding the requirements for employees with high levels of technical expertise.

The Support Org passes the vibe check. Everyone is out to help one another and nobody is out to get someone else. The environment is collaborative and the hybrid work environment is flexible and works well with those in the NC Triangle.

Cons

Time off accrual is very generous when starting, but it stays the same no matter the length of time.
