The list price is soo ridiculously high- you have to discount heavy but higher discount is penalized with a grading system- ASK them about the grading system can really affect your earning potential. Drinking culture, to cope with the stress Micromanagement- manager will leave you out of cc on your deals when discussing pricing & discount, they are not yours deals. There is a culture of fear & its very metric driven.

Cons

Uncertain job security while the company seems to be in turmoil. Employees get the blame for poor financials, rather than focussing on poor product quality, marketing etc. The amount of micromanagement is mind boggling.
