      If you follow the metrics that are set and follow the process, you can easily overachieve your quota and make a lot of money. There is great support from the management and executive teams

      Good comp plan for 2025 Industry average OTE for Strat AE in Texas Good sales leadership AWESOME product Happy customers Good onboarding/sales enablement

      Cons

      Only complaint: PTO policy could be better. SLT clearly burned by reps taking time off and not closing deals at EOQ/EOY. Need to trust in us to get the job done from wherever we are at, whenever we need time off. Seems like there was a period in the past when hiring was poor so there's a TON of new people and then a ton of people with great tenure (8+ years). Not a lot in between.

      - Clear value prop that can be easily articulated to customers - Amazing proof of value/proof of concept that enables our sellers to prove the value of Varonis to their customers - The tenure of sales leadership is amazing. They know what it takes to win and they enable our teams to win - The comp plan is focused on making money for the sales team - My team gets all the tools we need to be successful - Tons of investment in maintaining our customers

      - There isn't a lot of cross-region collaboration, so learning about the successes and failures of other teams takes effort.
