      1. The people around the company are very nice and talented 2. There is a mix of young and mature workers. 3. The product is really interesting. 4. Compensation is very nice compared to competitors. 5. Work-life balance. 6. The newest and up to date technologies are used. 7. Fast growth and promotions.

      Can be more arranged in terms of documentation, although this is a new product that came from an acquisition of another company.
