Pros

Being part of the Technical Enablement team here at Varonis, I've seen shifts in best practices and what not. These changes have always been for the betterment of the team and the groups within the organization we support.

Cons

Lots of tools and applications that are allowed, and then there are some that aren't allowed (for security reasons). However, no single "best Point of Contact" for a tool, which leaves new users to learn on their own, and potentially build bad habits or practices.

The people, the employee recognition (fun swag and events throughout year), constantly changing environment so always new work and projects coming in. Great work life balance, hybrid in office 2 days a week.

Cons

Can be siloed and working with only employees that are your department at times. Not necessarily a bad thing but could lose touch with what is happening elsewhere in company.

Varonis is an awesome company that’s doing meaningful work in cybersecurity—helping keep data safe around the world. The hybrid setup (just 2 days in the office) is super flexible, and the offices themselves are amazing—beautifully designed, full of tasty snacks, and top-notch coffee machines. The people here are fantastic—smart, friendly, and always willing to help. Work-life balance is excellent, and we get to use the latest tools, especially in AI like Copilot, which keeps things exciting. The pay is great, and there are tons of extra perks that make you feel truly valued. Overall, Varonis is a place where you can grow, feel supported, and do work that matters.
