      Great people and good place to start a sales career. Product works, easy sale

      Long hours - training is terrible. You'll have to study like you're in college again before you get started.

      Varonis is a phenomenal place to work if you are ambitious. The company solves a universal problem that is growing fast.

      Pros

      The management staff is constantly driving for improvement and growth. Varonis promotes from within and if you prove your value you can ascend. Development is phenomenal and the product suite is outstanding.

      Cons

      If you want a place to simply hide and collect a paycheck you will be exposed. If you are political this is not a place where you will do well.

      Good product, good sales group and fun individuals who you can feed off. Great pitch training and call tactics to boost efficiency on phones.

      Cons

      Management is slow, unorganized and creates a frustrating working environment. Nothing is simple and nothing easily gets done which causes too talent to move.
