We are working with almost all Servers out there : win\Unix\SharePoint\ Exchange\Storages . and now with O365. we are working with Sql and writing Automation, Most Managers have grown within the Company. each worker has it's place to make a different even for Juniors.

One of the great things about the company is that senior management is actually in very good sync with the market on one hand and the technology on the other. The vision is very clear to middle management in regards to where we want to be in 2-3 years and that means that the company's strategy is concrete (and also proven). In addition we believe in a no-politics organization, striving to allow those that CAN and DO to be constantly challenged while working on improving those who struggle. In any case, there is no room for those who talk and don't do. if you are consistent, trust worthy and capable, and are looking for a challenging place of work where you can make a difference and advance, Varonis is the place for you.

Cons

Varonis is a global company, spanning a few thousands of customers. Work hours may sometime exceed standard work hours due to customer needs.
