Some perks with commute and snacks.. unfortunately that's about it.

Cons

Too much micro-management. Boring work environment, everyone in the sales and engineering floor is overworked. A lot of guys told me that working from home is actually boring and degrading. Please have more engineers accessible physically in the sales floor. Product value is depreciating as a lot of customer are heading towards the cloud and mobile computing. Please avoid this company at all cost... you're welcome!!!

Growing extremely fast with strong success. Fast on decision making, fast on execution, permanent opportunity to get promoted, no politics. Great products and market opportunity. Strong support of managers who really help.

Cons

Not for 9am to 6pm profiles or weak people. You will suffer.

Pros

Great product, a bit highly priced, but it really taps into the markets' needs. You are able to negotiate a high salary at the beginning of your employment. Best thing to do is to come in for a year, take money and then take the experience gained and find a better, proper job where you are appreciated.

Cons

Micromanagement is an understatement when talking about Varonis. They give it a whole new perspective. You have to constantly fight for your rights, territory and commission. Managers are promoted from within and have a purely controlling function, to follow your every move, not to help you and guide you. The strategy changes constantly and never helps sales.
