      Pros

      New to the company but the motivation by the organization to be the best, the drive that backs up that motivation and the leadership support as a new employee I have had is outstanding. I felt part of the team from day 1. I am excited to be part of this journey.

      Pros

      Good work culture, plenty of scope for career progression, internal movements regularly possible, very supportive management, good staff benefits, the product works incredibly well which gives you faith in what you do.

      Cons

      Can be very fast paced/demanding, internal communication improving but not quite where it should be for a company of this size/worth, business is heavily sales driven which can cause some conflict.
