Great place to grow and learn

Pros

After 3+ years I continue to learn new things which makes this a great place where boredom does not exist. The amount of change and development I have witnessed is not something I think I could have experienced anywhere else. I am excited on what there is to come.

Cons

Some people have a hard time adapting to a fast paced, evolving environment. I can understand the concerns and you may feel left behind but I think it provides a challenge you do not get at most organizations.

Long working hours(be prepared to be available 7am-11pm), Solution is expensive and price can be a tough obstacle

Pros

Varonis has ample opportunity for anyone to succeed. This is not for someone who's not willing to roll up their sleeves and take the initiative to get things done or expects to ride on the coat tails of others. What you put in to working here you will get out of it. The people Varonis hires come from all different background and experiences which makes it interesting and a great learning environment. There is no one you can't go to and ask for help, ask a question or ask for direction. Being in growth mode and in such a relevant market, there is never a dull moment where contributions, suggestions, and ideas are always appreciated (and often times acted upon).

Cons

Fast paced environment where those who don't embrace the formula, don't usually make it. The formula has gotten this company to where they are today. As the company continues to morph in to a $500M, $1B company, the true test will be that the company sticks to the formula, BUT is open to adjusting as needed so that they don't lose momentum. At times, there is still some "small company" thinking when it comes to some decisions that are made.
