Great products! Coming from a background in IT Consulting the suite of software Varonis creates is one I wish I had at every one of my previous clients. The quality and care that goes into developing the products means that you can truly believe in the value of what you are selling. Comprehensive training program. They go to lengths to ensure you have all the resources you need to succeed as an engineer. The company primarily promotes from within and those who work hard have the opportunity to move up fast.

Cons

I personally have not experienced anything I would consider a con at the company. The work is fast-paced and self-driven. As an engineer you are required to constantly keep up with product updates and features. If you are not prepared to put in the work then this company may not be a good fit for you. However if you stay on top of your responsibilities you will always find the support you need to help you succeed.

* Defined work hours 9am to 6pm Monday through Friday. Weekends off! * Great environment to work in, everyone had a great attitude and was willing to assist when they can. * Constant training offered on all aspects of the Varonis system along with the environments the customers may have. I learned so much in such a short amount of time. * Awesome benefits along with paid time off. It starts accumulating after the first month of employment.

Cons

* Need more employees but that will be handled when they move into a bigger office space.
