Strong sales culture and some degree of training/enablement. Great product with solid respect in the IT community with a lot of features.

Cons

Compensation could be higher, but not awful compared to the space. Lack of data driving how territories are built out more of a we need X revenue so let's add Y number of reps and see how it plays out. Not a cool space or sexy product

Great work environment to be a part of. The staff and management have a very positive attitude which provides a great atmosphere. Normal business hours. No work on the weekends. You are set up for success and provided the tools to do so.

Cons

Very fast paced environment. This is not suitable for everyone.
