- 100% channel business, yet the channel is not delivering in EMEA. Reps are then forced to find business themselves using old and over worked data. - Product is a nice to have, time is then invested in running POC's for budget to ultimately be rejected. - Heavy focus on metrics and KPI's that can detract from the end goal. Certain processes are also bordering on micro management at times. Daily plans sent to VP and Managers and then end of day calls to discuss output from the day. - Deal Desk and pricing structure for existing customers is far too complex and doesn't make sense . - Business operates through fear due to the high staff turn over and fear of failure.
