The company culture is amazing. Anyone you reach out to in the company is willing to help teach and assist you with whatever you need. The North Carolina office is incredible to work in, but if you are not comfortable going in, you can work from home.

It's up to you to figure out how to piece together the right strategy and tactics to hit your goals. - Flexibility. Results matter more than hours worked or where you live. Remote-first from the early days. - High growth. Fantastic product in one of the hottest markets. The company has consistently hit or exceeded its growth goals. - The best ideas win. It doesn't matter if you're a day one employee or have been here for five years, nobody stops you from running with a good idea. - Compensation is very good (salary + RSUs).

- Intense environment with high expectations, which isn't for everyone. - You have to be able to manage your time effectively and avoid getting consumed by meetings.
