Excellent training, encourages upward mobility

They take people from non-technical backgrounds with good customer service skills and put them through an intense training process to become Technical Support Engineers. If you want to succeed the trainers will stay after hours to help you learn. The pay is fair for entry level TSE with no IT background. Mobility is encouraged, whether you want to learn more IT and move up to higher positions, or move to entirely different departments, there is a great deal of opportunity here. Breakfast, lunch, snacks and all manner of drinks are provided in the large break room. The culture is Geek/Nerd Heaven (bring your Nerf gun).

Cons

The way the position is currently described for Tier 1 technical support engineers is not at all correct and I do believe they are working on fixing this soon. The training may be too intense for some people. If you are not comfortable with change; you will not do well here.

Product works and great for showing user permissions.

Cons

If only you could give 0 stars. So many I can't list them all. The micro management starts from the top. Daily sales reports to track progress. Lots of turn over and by now their toxic reputation is definitely public. If you like people monitoring your calendar, emails, minute by minute activity then this is the place for you. Worst of all the product does nothing to prevent the theft of data and has very limited visibility into the data and actions of bad actors.
