      - Promote from within - Work from home/flexible - Management has decades of field experience and will get hands dirty to close deals and help customers - Products that work as advertised - 100% channel - Reasonable quota - Great training/education team - Marketing team understands the drivers of our business provides great content and hosts effective events

      Cons

      - Metric driven culture ( not for everyone) - Management will challenge you constantly to ensure a consistently excellent customer experience ( again not for everyone) - Proven sales process, follow the plan it works not the type of place to reinvent the wheel from a sales perspective ( You may recognize a pattern now) - Business moves with high velocity, need to constantly sharpen the axe from a messaging and product knowledge perspective

      Pros

      I have been on board for almost 5 months and I have found my experience so far to be excellent. Management in DC Metro is fantastic and I couldn't ask for more. Down to earth people with clear expectations and they treat me with respect. The company growth is taking off and we are poised for an amazing next few years. The product is continually being enhanced, is unique among any other technology in the market, there is clear direction/roadmap, and we do not grow by acquisition so incentives for salespeople are huge. We also have a phenomenal marketing and content team that does an incredible job at not only educating about who Varonis is and what we do, but also with positioning ourselves as subject matter experts through our knowledge-sharing resources (blog, webinars, whitepapers, etc.).
