      Pros

      Varonis is a great company to work in! The product is very interesting and the customers love it! A company that keeps on growing! The development teams, especially the team leader, are very professional, organized and always helping each other to achieve the team's goals. For new employers there is a great mentoring programming that give the employee a smooth start.

      Pros

      - Great and relevant product, easy to sell the idea of what they are achieving. - The TDR team are constantly striding to achieve, and it makes the office exciting to work in. - Great commission scheme, and if you put in the effort its easy to achieve. - Good basic salary. - Sense of teamwork throughout each department. - Senior management are easy to talk to, down to earth and will help at point that they can. - SPIFs, benefits & outings are constant, and you always feel as though there is something to achieve.

      Cons

      - Quite expensive, and can sometime be very difficult to achieve a sale. - KPI's are montitored, and it can be quite daunting to know you might not be doing as well as others. - Some processes are 'Americanized' and you're often judged by your results / KPI's rather than your circumstances.

      Great people and product. Varonis continues to improve their product offering, making selling much easier. The people they hire and that work for the company are knowledgeable and very friendly. Great flexibility to work from home and set your own calendar
