      Pros

      Varonis manufactures a real product solving real problems across the data security landscape - it feels good to be able to sell software and services and be able to stand behind them 100%. My team and management are both great, and the culture of the company makes it very easy to come to work in the morning.

      Cons

      Fast paced atmosphere is not for everybody, the company is metric driven and always will be.

      Fantastic place to work, amazing culture, driven coworkers, super competitive pay, very good internal education mechanisms, and have really pushed my career to new heights here.

      Cons

      Can be demanding and can micro manage. But with an environment that gives so much in terms of professional and personal growth, it is too be expected for them to want the best out of you.
