      Almost 10 years in this type of role and Varonis is the best employer I've ever had

      Pros

      * Competitive pay for software support engineers in the area. * Cheap family insurance benefits package. * Stocked Kitchen. * R&R areas where you can take necessary mental breaks.

      Cons

      * Has become more "corporate" over time even though much of it can still fill like a start up. * The workload can be a bit much for the unseasoned professional so turnover is fairly high due to fatigue/burnout.

      Pros

      Good benefits and 401k. Decent support from sales management when working transactions. They will help close deals.

      Cons

      Horrendous micromanagement. You will have to submit daily activity reports. You will have multiple forecast calls each week talking about the same deals over and over again. Below average pay and very cheap. Toxic culture and large turnover.
