Pros
- Clever, kind and competent coworkers for the most part - Snacks and coffee - Interesting industry where the product has it's place - Competitive pay
Cons
- Tyrannical management - Veiled expectation for and you to work after-hours without pay - it's the kind of workplace where you'll get a warning for arriving two minutes late and not even a pat on the back when you leave two hours late, just make sure you arrive on time the next morning. - Unreasonable deadlines and targets that can not be reached unless you stretch beyond your 9 to 5 - Toxic culture. - Extremely prone to letting employees go with zero notice, for very little reason, even if you are performing. I would advise working for one of the better tech/cyber companies in Cork that have culture and balance.
