      Team is extremely knowledgeable around you Leadership truly cares about you succeeding Ability to run your own territory the way you seem fit You are given plenty of training to be successful You are able to bond with coworkers even while working remotely Employees who produce are given the chance to grow within the company.

      You are asked a lot because you are the CEO of your own territory. Management is involved but only to help you be successful.
